Even in the midst of uncertainty, there is always a pathway to happiness.
In this Inner Smile immersion participants are invited to gently touch into the safe space of the Heart, generating and cultivating the Medicine of Happiness. Through vocalization, visualization, and movement we will deepen the Enduring Heart Space.
This Organ Qi Gong practice allows us to create space to release hard thoughts and emotional patterns. Within the Qi Gong container, we create the space to allow transformation. What old energy has the capacity to become the natural virtue that emerges from each organ network? As we nurture the Inner Smile it gains the power to recall the life-affirming qualities that reside within us.
Inspired by Mantak Chia's Organ Cleansing Qi Gong system, Christian combines knowledge of the organ affinities with additional energy body tools to bring this empowering practice to you.
We will practice:
Opening the qi field
Releasing psychological and emotional hitchhikers
Setting free mental and emotional hooks
Cultivating the magnificent medicine of happiness
Allowing the power of joy to restore organ health
Circulating and storing joy within
Please bring:
A yoga mat to stand on and for savasana at the end
A water bottle
Journaling material if desired.

As one of Sacred Ally’s practitioners we are thrilled to have her providing this incredible event.
In her 24 year practice of Shiatsu bodywork, Christian has studied our human energy fields. Each Organ Network attracts thoughts and feelings to help alert us that the body-mind system needs to be recognized. What we might call "negative" emotions invite us to reevaluate our experiences and how we carry them into the future. The Organ Cleansing Qi Gong format has been a vital factor in Christian's personal and professional lives. She is overjoyed to be able to share it with you!
