Through breath, movement, and sound, we come back to who we truly are.
Wild Breath is an opportunity to embrace your primal nature. To be you, fully nurtured, fully alive, fully here, fully seen.
We come together in celebration of the temple that is our beautiful body. We come with gratitude for the land that provides for us, and we give reverence to the four sacred elements that give us life.
And then we work with the breath.
The breath gives us the foundation we need to heal. It opens the doorway to both our physical and subconscious field so we can clear what needs to be cleared and claim what is ready to claim.
During this breathwork journey we’ll work with each of the archetypal elements:
Embodying and grounding into Earth.
Energizing ourselves as we build our Fire.
Nurturing ourselves with vitalizing Water.
And opening and balancing through the Air.
And then we integrate with some movement… some dance, some play, some singing, some joy, some journaling, some talk, and some breath
My hope is you walk out feeling more aware of your body, and more joyful in it.
