Every exercise is designed to bravely explore vulnerability and intimacy as we take steps towards meaningful connections. Sacred Dating & Relating creates a safe and enjoyable environment that encourages singles to embody their most authentic selves.
Concerned about participation? Each participant is always at choice about how they wish to engage. If an exercise doesn't align with your comfort level, you can modify or opt-out— you will be encouraged to participate at your own pace.

Meet Lizzi
Facilitated by Lizzi Juda who has over 25 years of experience facilitating community gatherings. She has been participating in events and workshops for over a decade that are focused on reclaiming healthy relationships with our bodies, our sexuality and those we interact with. She is committed to creating this possibility in Missoula.
