Gong Journey

Encounter your Deep Self during this unique gong-focused sound journey.

While Sarah and Peter are traveling we are thrilled to welcome guest sound journey instructor Heidi McCormick to Sacred Ally. Heidi has extensive experience leading sound journeys and focuses on the use of the gong to help people delve deep to touch the source of their soul.

This unique event will primarily feature the Gong, which is a powerful tool of transformation. When played with continuous sound vibrations, it can lead you to encounter yourself in profound ways.

Are you navigating any of the following questions:

  • Do you want to feel better about yourself?

  • Are you trying to gain insight about a problem you are facing?

  • Is there a decision you are currently navigating?

  • Are there emotional or physical pains you are trying to release?

Join us for a special evening with Heidi McCormick to engage deeply with your soul.

What to expect:

  • A sense of loving connection with your authentic self.

  • Helpful visions, insights, words of guidance or comfort.

  • A greater awareness or clarity related to any questions or challenges you are currently facing.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat, blanket, or bolster as needed (some available for use onsite).

  • A water bottle - keep that body hydrated!

  • A journal and pen or pencil to document your journey after wards.

  • Your own thick mat, camping pad, or chair if you need extra support / upright seating.
