Meet Tova
Dr. Tova Sardot holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and degrees in physics and complementary alternative medicine. She has worked in diverse settings - industry, government, naturopathic healthcare - before bringing her eclectic background to spearhead her practice, Va Sphota. Here, Tova serves as a conscious transformation guide, facilitating the optimization of clients' human experience by aligning their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Her integrative approach empowers people to achieve whole-body coherence, increased freedom, joy, and profound self-realization - cultivating a deeper connection to the universe within us all.
