Concerned about participation? Each participant is always at choice about how they wish to engage. If an exercise doesn't align with your comfort level, you can modify or opt-out— you will be encouraged to participate at your own pace.

Lizzi has over 25 years of experience facilitating community gatherings. She has been participating in events and workshops for over a decade that are focused on reclaiming healthy relationships with our bodies, our sexuality and those we interact with.
