Join Erin Anderson for this special 90-minute Yoga Flow that will lead you through breathing exercises, subtle movements, longer holds to relax, release tension, and strengthen your pelvic floor. Following the flow, there will also be a 15-minute meditation at the end of class to ground and root students more deeply into their bodies, earth and their own creative energies.

A pelvis is something that we ALL have, & it is the root of our core, yet it is taboo to discuss. We reject the taboo. We believe that healing happens through awareness, education, discussion, and movement. & that it is important to do so individually and in community.
