Cacao Ceremony

Join us in December to celebrate life with an evening of sacred cacao, meditation and movement.

Cacao is the ultimate heart opener and has been revered as the food of the Gods throughout ancient history. Due to its many physical and spiritual benefits, it has been used and respected as a ceremonial sacrement. Cacao is packed full of vitamins and minerals that help the body to heal, detoxify and support optimal immune function. While it is low in caffeine, it contains theobromine, a mild stimulant, that increases circulation to the brain promoting increased awareness.

Sharing cacao in community is the perfect way to increase heart centered connection to oneself and each other. In this ceremony, we will:

  • open sacred space

  • sip ceremonial grade cacao

  • introductions and intention sharing

  • journey through a guided cacao meditation

  • movement, stretching and or dance

  • guided vocal exercise

  • close ceremony

Please bring:

  • Water bottle- hydrate that magnificent body!

  • Comfy clothes

  • Journal to write down your experience after

  • Bring a favorite mug for cacao

  • Any sacred objects to co-create the cacao altar

Meet Sarah

Sarah co-founded Sacred Ally in 2019 with her husband Peter. Her journey as a healer began in 2001 with a deep curiosity in the realms of energy. Her belief is that our experience in life is directly related to the energetic nature of our being. From this curiosity she developed a clear calling to study and be of service through various healing modalities including Massage, Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, and Visionary Breathwork.

Sarah studied and apprenticed with the Andean Cacao lineage of The Seven Rays. Recognized by Maestro Puma as a cacao and mesa carrier, she has been blessed to serve the sacred medicine of cacao to her beloved community.
