We heard the call, and Ecstatic Dance at Sacred Ally is back! Join us in November for a sacred, substance free Sunday morning dance party where movement is your medicine.
Imagine dancing in community, completely immersed in intentional music, so present that external perception fades away. You are fully in flow, embodied, and overtaken by pure feeling and expression. This is the magic of Ecstatic Dance.
Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to dive deep into yourself, using movement as a gateway to presence. It’s a space where your body moves freely, responding to the rhythm and energy around you, while activating the sensory circuits of the brain and releasing endorphins. It’s more than just dancing—it’s a connection with your heart, your body, and the present moment.
What to Expect:
Together, we co-create a supportive and judgment-free space for freedom of expression both physically and emotionally. All bodies are welcome as we move together, setting personal and collective intentions for healing, celebration, and connection.
Before we begin, we’ll open the space with collective breath and intention setting, inviting you to fully drop into your body. Whether you're new to Ecstatic Dance or a returning dancer, this ceremony helps ground you, preparing you for the transformative experience ahead.
Our Dance Guidelines:
BE Present – No phones, no cameras on the dance floor.
BE Embodied – No talking on the dance floor.
BE Consensual – Honor personal boundaries. Listen for a Yes, respect a No.
BE Clear – No intoxicants on the dance floor.
BE Free – Dance how you want to. No judgment.
BE Here – No shoes on the dance floor.

Meet Sarah
Sarah co-founded Sacred Ally in 2019 with her husband Peter. Her journey as a healer began in 2001 with a deep curiosity in the realms of energy. Her belief is that our experience in life is directly related to the energetic nature of our being. From this curiosity she developed a clear calling to study and be of service through various healing modalities including Massage, Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, Mentorship and Visionary Breathwork.
Over the years Sarah has come to have great respect and reverence for the process of healing. As a Sacred Ally, it is her life’s purpose to hold sacred space for those on their healing and empowerment journey.
