Meet Daniel
Daniel Judy found yoga in 2009, and it quickly became the central guiding and stabilizing practice of his life. He completed teacher training with Kendra Potter ten years later in 2019, and was introduced to the eight-limbed world beyond physical posture. His classes prioritize breath, stillness, and longer-held asana, remembering that ‘asana’ translates to ‘steady, seated pose’, and that focus is the reason we do these mindful flowing sequences.
Daniel holds much gratitude for sound, movement, martial arts, the land and waters that nourish our bodies and souls, and this beautiful Missoula community.
