Join us on Thursday November 7th for Morning Community Yoga with Elyse

Ease into your day with a refreshing and grounding yoga practice in our inclusive morning class, designed for all levels of experience. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this 60-minute session offers something for everyone. Our focus is on creating a supportive community environment where you can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness with the perfect balance of ease and effort. 

This class is offered on a sliding scale to ensure that everyone has access to the benefits of yoga, regardless of financial circumstances. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected. We can’t wait to share this space with you!

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat (some mats and props are available for use)

  • Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

 Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and be ready to join.


Meet Elyse

Elyse Paré is a passionate yoga instructor with over a decade of personal practice and two years of teaching experience. She believes yoga is a vital part of the journey to the self, offering a powerful way to connect more deeply with our inner selves. Elyse is known for bringing a sense of calm and compassion into her classes, striving to help her students become more in tune with their bodies and individual needs. Her inclusive, nurturing approach creates a space where students of all levels can explore mindful movement and breathwork. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Elyse’s classes cater to all abilities, offering a welcoming environment to cultivate strength, balance, and inner peace.


Community Yoga is offered on a sliding scale of $5-$25
