As a bonus mom of two boys, their energy fuels her understanding of life's delicate dance, infusing her teachings with insight and empathy. She offers expert guidance, pulling from 15 years as a yoga therapist, inviting deep relaxation and tranquility, enabling participants to find peace and balance in both body and mind. Her intuitive approach as a Reiki master allows her to attune to the subtle nuances of the room, channeling sequences and poses that nourish and inspire.
